Each utensil is hand carved from downed wood on our property; no living tree is ever cut. We rough out the shapes, carve, sand and oil the pieces one at a time.
These are not churned out factory style and each will bear its own individual crafting marks and characteristics. We work in Sugar Maple, Black Walnut, Sassafras, wild Cherry and Oak.
Since each piece is hand shaped, no two will ever be exactly alike. Custom work is available, or choose from a good selection of already carved utensils.
